Reliance Communications Limited — money deduction | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular customer of Reliance CDMA Prepaid since past 12 years and since past three month i am facing issues with reliance regarding vas. Daily one kind of vas service get activated on my mobile and they are deducting 10-10 rupies on weekly basis.. On daily basis i am calling on customer care desk but call is not getting connected. Even i have activated DND on my number but yet facing issues with Reliance.. I have made several complaints to the reliance customer care desk even nodel desk too.. but dont know they people are ready to improve their service level. Recently one97 vas pack has been activated on my number ([protected]) and 10 rs. has been deducted just day before yesterday..and i got a deduction sms...
