Reliance Communications Limited — Not deactivating data card even after payment | |||
Hello, I no longer wanted to use my datacard no. [protected]. so I wanted to deactivate it. My payment is up to date. I tried calling customer care, they are asking me to wait and after sometime telling, concerned department is very busy. This has been going on for the past 2 days. I tried e-mailing reliance communication, even no response. so I do not know whom to approach. I am simply paying postpaid bill. Hope my complaint will be answered.
