[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — problem related to poor network | |||
I am using reliance communication network and my mobile number is [protected]. For the past few months I have been facing network problem on the mobile number mentioned above. After repetitive calling their customer care executives, they didn't respond to my problem. A month ago one of customer care executive registered my complaint and give me complaint no.[protected]. But now again when I contacted them to enquire about my complaint their customer care executive are not giving satisfactory reply. So I have decided to file a written complaint against them. I hope this time my complaint will be entertained otherwise I have to port my simply to some other network. Was this information helpful? | |||
