[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Unable to connect to pro-3 | |||
Dear Sir, I am unable to connect to Reliance data connection of Pro-3 from last 5 days. I am contacting customer care thrice a days. Every time I am getting time like 10am, 6pm or 10pm. But till now problem has not resolved. Is reliance is giving the training for lying? Resolution to problem at Reliance is very poor. I have bad experience with Reliance from Past. Reliance has disconnected the service without prior intimation of 4G up gradation. Now executives are forcing to upgrade otherwise service will be disconnected. I have WI-Pod which was purchased @ Rs.1700/-. Now again Reliance is imposing the extra burden to purchase new dongle @ 899/-.
