Dear Sir, I am trying to contact reliance customer care from 23/10/2014 but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. My balance is reducing .Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account. Details of deductions... 23-Oct-14 VAS Techzone vp Rs 05 24-Oct-14 VAS Techzone sms Rs 05 27-oct-14 VAS Techzone vp Rs05 Mobile Number : [protected] Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happens again in the future. Today a customer care executive spoke to me and said he will deactivate all the vas services. Short after i received 05 rupees refund. How to get rid of this. I hadn't activated any VAS Packs. And when i sent sms enquiry for subscribed VAS, it reply's no VAS Packs subscribed. Then why are you charging me Rs.05 . Was this information helpful? | |||
