Dear Sir, I am trying to contact reliance customer care from 23/10/2014 but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. My balance is reducing .Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account. Today a customer care executive spoke to me and said he will deactivate all the vas services. Short after i received 05 rupees refund. How to get rid of this. I hadn't activated any VAS Packs. And when i sent sms enquiry for subscribed VAS, it reply's no VAS Packs subscribed. Then why are you charging me Rs.05 .
