[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — VERY POOR SERVICE - UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION | |||
RELIANCE IS THESE DAYS FAST LOSING ITS MOBILE CUSTOMERS DUE TO POOR SERVICE. TO MAKE UP ITS LOSSES, IT HAS STARTED CHEATING ITS USERS BY FIRST DEDUCTING A FIXED AMOUNT FROM THE PREPAID BALANCE AND SENDING A MESSAGE THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED BACK BUT IN REALITY NO AMOUNT IS REFUNDED AND WHEN YOU AGAIN CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY WE CAN'T HELP YOU IN THIS... WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MONEY AND NEITHER PROVIDE WITH THE USAGE OF YOUR BALANCE.. I WNAT MY MONEY BACK.. PATHETIC SERVICE... I WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO PORT THE SERVICE TO ANY OTHER PROVIDER BUT NEVER RELIANCE Was this information helpful? | |||
