Reliance Communications — Loss of top up balance and data more than rs 1000 | |||
I have been reliance gsm prepaid user mob no [protected] for quite sometime now. For the past one week i have been facing your horrible service consequences which are as follows 1-I did a top up of Rs 120 thrice and Rs 50 once despite having data balance my talk time balance got deducted which has costed me more than rs 500 2-I did data recharge four five times a day but never got the data. 3-I did a data recharge for 750Mb which again became 0 Mb next day which also deducted my balance. These things have happened before also including which has costed me loss of over rs 1000. Reliance is famous for their pathetic services as always and whenever you call them they always ask you to call after two hours because of server issue. Even if you are patient enough to call them thousand times they always say we are sorry for in convenience caused but they can't provide the balance lost Was this information helpful? | |||
