[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Misbehavior & 4G SIM Card Charged instead of Providing Free of Cost | |||
This to inform u that i have received a call frm Reliance to get free upgraded 4G sim as I am using 3 G SIM right now, when i reached there at Reliance Franchisee store, Minto Road, , New Delhii. The store has asked me to pay Rs 50 for getting 4 G SIM . however customer care of Reliance had earlier promised me to provide sim at free of cost. Unfortunately the store has not given me any receipt against the payment. This is totally unfair and unwarranted. So the concerned company is requested to take action against the franchisee. If no action is taken on my complaint, the case will be forwarded to the Public Grievances Commission, New Delhi. This to request you to please respond to my complaint within 02 days.
