[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Misleading and harassing clients without giving proper information (3G Service not working in roaming)

Dear Sir,

I am fed off with the reliance and escalating this issue to you and you are the last hope now.

I have raised a complaint in concern of 3G roaming issue in hyderabad for Kolkata sim which was bought from Kolkata.

Right from the beginning of the pack i have raised a concern that 3g is not working in whole hyderabad and i need a resolution. They raised a SR Number:[protected]

Reliance people closed this SR Number as they like without any intimation or confirming from me. I have called appellate and raised another complaint SR number:[protected]

No use and they closed SR Number as they like saying problem resolved.

Again i raised a complaint SR Number:[protected]

No resolution its in processing state from last 10 days.

Again i raised a concern with Appellate and they given a word that it would get resolved within 48hrs. No use and SR Number:[protected]. Just they called on weekend where everyone is having a good sleep and only once they called and closed SR number that i have not responded.


I have received a call from their technical team that they are working on this issue.

I have activated the pack on 9th of November 2015.

15 days gone and still these reliance people are fooling and harassing.

Daily i need to call them and they will say something else and just diverting the complaint.

I clearly asked their representative that in roaming they have 3G or not and particularly in Hyderabad.

They said YES and after that i have activated the pack.


I cannot go further since i am hopeless and this RELIANCE is bull network and they are not capable of solving the issue of customers and they need only money not customers satisfaction.

And Appellate are useless and they wont even take care of customers mails and issues.

And the proof of the above statement is below trail mail.

Please need your intervention and solve my issue. If they cannot resolve this issue and they are not capable and useless then kindly ask them to refund my money.

Why have you called without actually knowing the problem?

You have called and given the support you dont even know the time line when the problem gets resolved?

From past 16 days what you people are working and what is the status?

If i ask for time line you dont know that then how could i keep trust on you that the problem gets resolved?

My pack is going to expire who will bear the compensation?

17 days is more for you to get to resolve a simple problem?
Who has left the above reply can you call?

Let me show how the backrnd team has given resolution without checking?
NO call received and i am attaching video how the network has been at optimum level?

Why to mislead and lie with the customers?

I am not even able to select 3g on my phone how do your technical team has given feedback that network is working at optimal speed.

No reply till now and who has given above reply is not even dare enough to call and justify his/her comment.

Just preparing for fax. get ready for big escalation to TRAI.
Still now they havent resolved the issue.

Daily their technical team people Rahul, Jitender called and just saying that there is a network problem in my area from past 20 days and asking me to connect on 2G.

If the pack is 3G then how could i connect 2G ? I paid for 3G not for 2G and moreover your network is dead in whole hyderabad and worst in case of network connectivity.

4 days more to check from your end. Have already talked with TRAI secretary and he asked me to fax each and every complaint and i do have recorded voice clips who havent mentioned their names and all going to attach and mail.

Who has given the above reply that network is working fine and optimum can call once and clarify ot before i shoot a mail about a blind lie you posted here.

Not going to leave my hard earned money. Will collect each and everything from you people.
