Hi, I have done prepaid recharge of 61(100 roaming minutes) on 28 Feb 2015 on the mobile no [protected] from my ICICI credit card. Payment status was showing transaction not successful but the amount has been deducted from my credit card 3 times as below. 1. Transaction Id.: [protected], [protected], [protected] 2. Amount of Transaction:61 I have not received the recharge on my mobile so request you to please refund the amount rs 183 deducted. This is happening second time. Last time when I recharged on 26 Dec 2014. That time it was also not recharged and money has been charged for my mobile no [protected] and [protected]. The details are as below for this.
