[Resolved] Reliance Communications — my auto renewal plan not renewing and lapses my all benefit | |||
Hello Sir, I m Naresh Chhajed using reliance mobile sine last 7Years I active Mobile Net 247 pack (auto-renewal) as on[protected]:40 and Local pack STV21 (auto-renewal) as on 06/02/2013 11:08. MN247 & STV21 (auto-renewal) pack auto renewing regularly from activation date to june-2014. In july my pack not renewing when I have sufficient blance. Due to not renewing I lapes my all benifits and I m wrongly charged about 400/- for internet use. Today as on my local STV21 active according to company but I m wrongly charged 1.6p per second insteat of 0.005p. I m calling customer care regularly about 3days but still I have no proper response from them. I m very sad about this and I m very unhappy and would like to go to CONSUMER COURT if this issue was not cleared. My Mobile No : +91-[protected] Hoping to hear response from you.
