[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not fixing the network issue and not allowing the change network

I am rajiv from velachery, chennai.
I am using reliance gsm postpaid mobile from last 3 years. My reliance number is [protected].

From last 5 months reliance network coverage become very very poor and my mobile is completely useless when i am in home and around in velachery. I just waited nearly 3 months as this is common issue in that area and i believe they will fix it soon.
After 4 months i write a complaint about the network coverage issue and they promise me it will be fixed in 5 days. But still nothing happened after 1 month. I just become very disappointed as i am paying them more that 5 months for a dead network and without much usage.
I applied to aircel postpaid with mobile number portability to use same number on april 16, 2016. They told it will take 7 days from requested date.
I got a call from customer care by requesting give them 7 more days to fix the network issue. I am sure they will not solve this issue. So i didn't accept their request and ask them to proceed my mobile number portability request.
Today april 27, 2016 i received a message from aircel as "your request of mobile number portability is reject by reliance com (Gsm) due to this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payment due.

But my last month bill is rs.249 and i paid rs.300. Also they have my advance money of rs.300 which i paid when i get new connection.

I contact the customer care and they told, it was their mistake and i need to apply again for mobile number portability. It will take again 7 more days and in this 7 days i will get another bill from reliance. When this mistake is from their side, why i need to apply again. I ask them to connect my call to manager. Customer care lady told, she cannot. I ask them the contact email or number to manager. But she told she will not give these details. I got irritated and decided to deactivate my number and told the same to that lady. Again she told she cannot. I don't know when she cannot do anything, when she is there.

This is clever cheating from reliance communications.

From today April 28, 2016 Reliance network coverage is good at home and around Velachery. Believe it should not get poor again. It should be good if they fix these kind of common issue asap to get more trust on Reliance Communications.

Dial the same number. So you should know what is the status of my phone from last 5 month. It'w always says my phone is switched off. When it says switched off from last 5 months, how I become happy to pay my bills.

Yesterday I contact the customer care again and he told my bill payment is credited to my account on April 17 and currently reliance have excess amount Rs 128 in my account. I paid my bill on April 9th and it was credited only on April 17th and very next day of Applying Mobile Number Portability.

Similar issue I am also dealing with in delhi near dhaula kuan, they don't improve the network since 3.5 months nor letting me port out to other service provider.
