Reliance Communications — New Subscription Enrollment | |||
I had purchased a new data connection from Reliance Communication by enrolling into services for Reliance Pro 3 on 18th April 2015, my data card connection was activated and handed over to me the same day however as it was working for 2 days post which my connection went inactive. Upon calling up Service Center i was informed that there is a technical situation and would take 2 days to resolve and that i should wait for it, there was no complaint reference number provided for the same, however on calling up on 25th April as my connection was not active i had logged a complaint a reference number was provided and i was assured my issue will get fixed in next 3 days. The assurance was fake as i continued to have the same problem till 30th April, i had logged a complaint again and i was provided a complaint reference number and assurance that the issue will get fixed by 3rd May 2015. The issue continued and now i have once again received an assurance that the issue will get fixed on 8th May 2015. In the meantime i have received a bill of Rs140/- from reliance for my data card billing cycle since 18th - 24th April. I am giving up on the datacard connection as it has taken me into immense stress full experience and a lot of time gets wasted when i keep calling up the service center asking them to help resolve my issue.I have taken this issue and escalated to Appeallate Authourity in Reliance and i have once again recieved a reference number, all that i want is to have my cash refunded which i had paid for my subscription as reliance had failed to provide me service so that i move on another service provider, on requesting this to Reliance Customer Care i recieved a response that this is not possible as there is no way i can have my cash refund. I feel i have been cheated and that i was fooled with brand and fake promises.
