[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — No proper directions for the discontinuance of my outgoing

This is with reference to my mobile no. [protected], I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been using this number with Reliance for the last 7 years and have been paying all the bills regularly on time.Last month I have opted for mobile number portability from CDMA to GSM as I had to change my handset. So I sticked with your company and gave preference to the Reliance as compared to other telecom operators but ever since I have changed it from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM, I have been facing a lot of problem. 1. The moment I sent a request for MNP from my mobile phone, I got a call from Reliance that I can opt for changing to Reliance GSM and they could send an executive to my home to collect documents and give me a new SIM. 2. The executive came and did all the formalities and gave me a new SIM. 3. after around 15 days the new GSM SIM was activated but the outgoing facility was withheld. 4. After around 15 calls to Reliance customer care I came to know that I need to call 59059 for the verification of my address. 5. I called 59059 and verified my address, then the phone started working. 6. On Dec 15, 2014, the outgoing was again stopped on my mobile number. 7. I called customer care for the reason for the stoppage of my outgoing, the executive said that I need to deposit my bill even though the bill due date was 23 Dec, 2014. So I deposited my bill 8. Even then my mobile phone outgoing did not start after paying the bill, I again contacted the customer care, they said my address verification is pending. 9. so I again called 59059 and they said they have not yet received my documents so I should call after 24 hours. 10. I again called on the customer care at *222 and they said I need to deposit my address details again at any reliance store. 11. So I went to the reliance store at "MOBILE SOLUTIONS N TECHNOLOGIES.IN 56 C, Kalu Sarai, Hauz Khas, New Delhi" to deposit my address details again but they refused to accept my address details and said I have to deposit it to the person who came at my home to give me the SIM. 12. since I did not saved the number of the person who came to my home to give the new SIM, so I contacted Reliance customer care again and they said I need to go to the relaince office and sent me an address on my mobile phone. 13. I went to the Relaince Office at the address A-25 MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE INDUSTRIAL AREA NEAR HYUNDAI SHOWROOM NEW DELHI-44 but I came to know that the office was closed permanently after reaching there. Sir/Madam I have been going from here to there for the submission of my address details and nobody actually knows where I should go and have been wasting both my time and money just to get my phone working. If this is the actual service you are trying to provide it to your customers who have entrusted you for the last 7 years, I am sorry to say that I have encountered the worst of my experience with you and hope you would try to understand the problems that I have been going through and would try to solve the problem at the earliest but now I won't go any where to submit my address details. If you can send an executive to give me the new SIM and collect documents(so that I cannot port to any other operator) you can again send the executive to collect documents.Signing with the hope of positive reply from you Ajay Kumar Rathee Alternate No. [protected]
