[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No Reply from customer care[protected] | |||
Relationship #:[protected] Subscriber Number #: [protected] I just paid my bill and right after that my Internet speed has dropped to a MAX of 3 KB and I tried changing multiple laptops but the problem remained the same. Its been 3 days now and very time I reach the customer care over phone ever none answers the call or some agent would answer the call and will put me in hold for least 30 mins. I have recording evidence of this too. I need the speed issue resolved ASAP. Some please help me on how to lodging a complaint on this and have Reliance accountable for their pethatic service.
