Sub:- Non Compliance of agreement – failure in payment. Ref:- Facility Agreement dated April 1st, 2015. Between you & the above stated party Dear Sir, With reference to our letter dated April 17th 2015 address to the Relation Officer Mr. Ramesh Maliwad & Mr. Mukesh Krishnan. As per their advice, We have prepared the agreement of Facility. As per the agreement, you have to deposit Rs.4500/- per month to our bank account SB/[protected] Canara Bank – Gorwa Branch – Vadodara. After the agreement, our Mr. Avraj B. Gupta repeatedly reminded you at every due date for the payment of the above said agreement. But you have miserably failed to do the payment till this date. It is a breach of contract from your side. We were never knew that the company like yours will harass us for the agreed payment. We have lost all the confidence from you. You are hereby requested to remove your all the belonging from our premises within 10days from the receipt of this letter. Failing to which, we will be compel to remove the same from our premises at your risk and cost. Thanks.
