Reliance Communications — Non working landline set handed over to the agency where is purchased not returning and refunding. | |||
My phone no [protected] is bought in april and faulty (not getting charged or switch on) from june on wards. on july 9th the same is handed over to the agency from where it is bought for repairing/ or replacing. The address of the firm is Satmen world, reliance mobile store #7, opposite masjid vasai (w) dt. palghar 401202. I have visited for the same 3 times but every time it is informed that it not ready. The staff were very indifferent and also challenging why it is give there instead of given in some service center.
