Reliance Communications — Non-working of a brand new mobile phone | |

ref no.A 2227627-del-C 000793 Noida.
Purchased new cell ZTD 286 for Rs 2300/ on 29 Jan 2015 cash memo no, 1259 from Noida Electro Appliances Gallery Pvt Ltd. F21 Sector 18 NOIDA. After I came back to Sector 25 (residence), the Cell phone was not working.
I went back to the shop and Miss Deepika showed me that the phone was functioning, she advised me to get it fully charged again and try. After full charge it did not work. Ms Deepika said that my sim card may be old and it should be changed.
As advised, I went on 31 Jan with Adhar card and my wife's photo, paid Rs 150/ for a new sim card and she assured me that it would work but it did not. She told me that she would lodge a complaint and I will be informed on my Cell [protected]. Nothing has happened so far. Most of the phone numbers given in the cash memo do not work which posed a big problem. Ms. Deepika's (Reliance outlet), cell phone no is [protected].
I would be grateful for your early intervention and resolution.
