[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not refund balance under wrong charge dedication and disable my phone from customer care line

Dear sir I am using reliance prepaid gsm number [protected] . I have purchases this number on 4th jun 2015 . I have internet balance but reliance india deducted the balance from my main account . [protected]Wrong charges deduction detail-------- On 24 july 2015.[protected].16 rupees deduct. And again next day On 25 july[protected].86 rupees deduct. I call back many times till (28 july15) to the reliance india customer care and discussed my issue and he always told me the same thing For the inconvenience we are sorry we will refund your all 40 rupees amount under wrong charges deduction with in 24 hour but i did't get any refund and feed back and one day reliance customer cair disable my no from customer care line ..
