Reliance Communications — Once Again balance deduction (6th time)

I am fed up with the reliance communication.This is the worst service i am using. On the last day of data usage, they think that its their responsibility to make your balance zero on account of net services.But i switch off my net at 11:50 on the last day of my net usage.But still my balance goes off to zero every time.Firstly, Give back all my balance deducted.This is the last time i am registering complain here.From the next time, i will take my complain directly to TRAI or i will stop using Reliance GSM.
