i m your customer([protected]) for last four years, but facing acute connectivity problem.the last disgracing blackout of network from 6 pm of 23/4/2015 to 7 pm of 24/04/2015 made me compel to lodge this complaint. it would have been better if you had informed us prevalently so that we can take alternate measure.i will be thankful if you take some reasonable action to resolve the problem. Thanks
