[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Outgoing facility blocked | |||
Dear Sir, I Swapan Basu, Reliance No. [protected]. Kolkata, West Bengal. On 01/02/2016 at evening my outgoing facility was blocked and I cant call CC, than on 04/02/2016 I lodge a complain for this ( Complain No- ID:[protected] and said that the problem was resolved with in 4-15 pm same day. I also know that your Reliance Store named Sanghai Infotech, situated at Shyambazar lodge a complain for Sim lost. But the handset and sim are intact. Than I am complain to 198 but they also said nothing to do, and I also said what is the procedure to leave the connection they also said the same. If it was happen than I complain through my alternative no or through my registered e-mail, but in this nothing was happen. Please told me who will responsible for my harassment ? and what step will be taken against the Store? Please resolve the problem asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
