Reliance Communications — Overcharging for a Duplicate SIM card | |||
I was facing some problem with respect to the Reliance 2G network, which I got it checked from the reliance technical cell. They suggested me to get a duplicate SIM card. So, I went to the nearest Reliance distribution outlet in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh where I was told that the duplicate SIM card will be charged Rs.100 instead of Rs.25 and when I asked about the receipt, it was also denied.
