[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Payment problem due to change of plan | |||
I have raised a request to Change my plan from a "40GB" plan to a "4GB" plan under reliance on March 4 2015, the problem was unresolved till May 2015. So I raised a request to Reliance on "25th May 2015" and this was the Number that was given for a waiver "[protected]" and for the plan change "[protected]". I was told my plan would change from the May month cycle but when I realized it was unchanged, I stopped using the service and they told me they have raised an escalation. Later I have been receiving calls from their Billing Department regarding my bill payment whom I have always explained regarding my "Plan Change problem". The problem is they don't update their systems properly about the customer's problem correctly which has forced me to explain my problem to about 30-40 of their representatives which is mind draining. Even after raising a request on "[protected]" on 8th August and this is the ticket number "[protected]" and there was again no response though they told me the problem will be resolved in 2 days. The escalation ticket was given after 3 calls and it is "[protected]". Now I get a call from their services saying the previous waiver for a network issue complaint I have raised and not due to the plan change. I am not able to bear with these liars and I have recorded the call I had made on 8th august too. Now I have to go directly to a store activate my data card again and then again raise a request. I am feed up with the ill treatment of the departments which a not in sync with the customer exact problem.(Billing and Customer Care). When I tried to terminate my services. They don't do it saying I have not cleared my outstanding which I have not done because they didn't change my plan . And my bill amount keeps piling up for the last 3 months including this month. My problem is still unresolved. There was a call and I explained my whole issue for the millionth time. They said 'We will call you back the next day'. That was 2 days back and still there is no response...

Could You please let me know the status of this complaint?? I have not got any call rather what I have got is a notice from your company..
