[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Poor response to customer services | |||||
Dr t r ramanujam [protected] To whom it may concern, This is to bring to your kind notice that my internet connection was suddenly blocked by the service provider stating that i have exceeded my limits of rs2000/- around last week of september 2016 while i was doing my important bank transactions under secure connections which has put me into difficulties. On inquiry i was given to understand that i had exhausted my limits of 3gb { when i upgraded my previous 3 g to 4g with a new dongle for rs 2600/- stating that the existing tariff will be the same { a total lie] and on that assurance i went in for upgrade and within a month they simply announce a new tariff for 4g reducing the data for which i just got a sms. Subsequently on the very next day i paid rs 3000/- [ though i was asked to pay only rs2482/- i contacted toll free customer care on more than 20 occasions i told them to release 2gb for rs 475/- the reply i got was 2gb has been released and i shall be getting internet connection in 24 hrs and several 24 hrs passed by and with no satisfactory result. The major faults are; 1. Sudden interruption of internet connection by service provider is an infringement of the contract 2. Despite remitting rs300/- so called security deposit or whatever internet connection was not provided till 17 oct evening 3. This is post paid connection and i have been paying the bills regularly and interrupting the connection amounts to... 4. There is no prepaid arrangement for wipod 4g dongle 5. The most annoying aspect was the response from the customer care executives who were giving evading replies Under the above circumstances, i have no hesitation to state that i am totally dissatisfied with the services of the reliance service provider which put me into severe hardship and mental strain to go in search of better uninterrupted service provider.
