[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Poor Service

from past few months reliance is unable to provide good service...i called several times to customer care regarding 3g speed on my number but the problem is not resolved...technical problem is the main issue what custmr care always say...i am sure no help will be provided after this also...worst ever service wid 10-12 kbps of 3g speed on my Reliance GSM no [protected]
