[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Porting not happend from CDMA to GSM within stipulated date | |||||
I have submitted valid documents with MNP code RT676831 with validity of 11th Oct 2015 to change of Reliance no [protected] cdma to GSM in Relaince communication saidapet on 26th September 2015.I got the verification call from reliance for Porting and they confirmed within 7days the mobile number will get change to GSM. However till now the number didn't change to GSM.And the validity of the MNP code will expire on 11th Oct 2015.I have tried calling to reliance communication but no one is picking the phone. After several follow ups with customer care and Appalllete authority i have not received the resolution.And i have submitted the documents several times and paying the amount.Can you please provide the immediate resolution, otherwise i will take legal action.
