Reliance Communications — Postpaid services barred | |||
Respected Sir, I am a regular customer of Reliance CDMA no [protected] named at MOHD SHAREEF, for the last 3days my services are been barred for the reason I called the customer care no 198 they told me to call at *333 and with the carry on massage they told me to call *222 but the customer care representative services was also barred then i went to reliance mobile store they called me next day morning but still my services are not relieved form the reliance side and I also don't know about the reason why my services are been barred. As I am reliance customer more than a year and half, THERE IS NO RESPONSIABLE PERSON AT THE TIME OF TROUBLE CAUSED BY RELIANCE, MY ALL THE PAYMENT ARE PAID ON TIME TO AVOID INCONVIENCE, ALTERNATE NO [protected] PREPAID(APROX 10YEARS) PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL THANK YOU Was this information helpful? | |||

due to the number has been disconnected I am getting mentally ill because I cannot get in touch with my family which is very serious problem created in our family, and this feels very disgusting to me even I have paid the bill on time since I have bought the connection, I am a patient of blood pressure, since my connection has been disconnected I am not feeling well

as per the telephonic conversation with the customer care associate, there were no discussion on the phone but the associate addressed me to the nearest reliance Town Office, As I have visit over there the staff told me to call again customer care,
At this point I am frustrated with the reliance customer help desk that there is no one to have any kind of authority
As today there is 10th day when my phone services are not active till date but reliance will charge me the bill without my fault
please do the need full
