Reliance Communications — Receiving Threatening Calls | |
Sir,
My name is Pratyay Ghosh Dastidar, with Mobile no. [protected].With all due respect, after being with Reliance Communication for such a long time, now I am receiving threatening calls from the following numbers: [protected], [protected] and[protected]. a female person is calling from that number, representing herself an advocate and demanding a due amount of Rs. 1500 for a number which I terminated around 3 and half years ago after usage of 1 month, when suddenly the tariff plan was changed without my consent. At that very moment I went to the nearest Reliance Web World and applied for the termination of the mobile no.and cleared the amount. But suddenly after 3 & half years they are calling and threatening me to pay the amount and if not paid, they are going to drag me to the court. After being with reliance with such a long time such an action of harassment is highly un-anticipated. I don't know if I am going to continue to be with reliance any longer.
