Reliance Communications — Recharge on Not Exist Reliance Number

I have done recharge of Rs.125/- (Mob. no.[protected]) on 24th Feb, 2015 on wrong number using Free Charge application. I have recharged on wrong mobile no.[protected] instate of [protected]. I try to contact on this wrong number but this number is not exist (Not Active) but recharge transaction has successfully done. Free Charge service provider ready to refund my full recharge amount after transaction revert by Reliance communication. But Reliance team is not ready to revert recharge transaction even reliance mobile number is not exist or not in use. They are not agree to reverse transaction even recharge not use. They have no policy for that type of complaint. I am not follow to reverse transaction If mobile number [protected] is in use.
