[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Recharge Successful But Benefit Not Received | |||
I recharged my reliance phone number [protected] on 11 June-15 with RS 649 for a 3G data pack. The recharge was successful but I didn't get the benefit till now. I am supposed to get 7.5 GB 3G data for 90 days but I didn't get anything. I lodged a complaint on 13-June-15 with local reliance customer service centre, the complaint id is "[protected]" and they promised me that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours, however I have received no feedback or solution to the complaint I made. Moreover they have blocklisted my number I guess, so I'm unable to make any new queries or lodge any new complaints. So my humble request is to please look in this matter and provide any immediate solution. Either refund the money or provide me the 7.5 GB 3G data.
