[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Refund my money | |||||
Dear Sir, My no. is [protected] prepaid (Village Aghwanpur, Aanshik Moradabad, Dist. Moradabad, U.P. west, pin 244504). I had done complaint seven times in reliance communication consumer complaints they people also called me many times but my problem not solved yet, on 1st March i had recharged 248/- rs pack o[censored]nlimited internet with 60 days validity and from that time i am unable to connect to internet on roaming network and home networks are already worst at my location.I want reliance communication please refund my money of Rs 248/- bcoz 40 days validity period already wasted and the problem is still existing.
