Dear sir/mam, I tried recharging my phone connection [protected] and it failed, but i see that money has been deducted from my bank account. Following are the transaction id's Ist trxn pos[protected] rs.700/- Iind trxn pos[protected] rs.700/- Total amount 1400/- deduct my saving account from sbi ([protected]) ifsc code sbin0000733 When a complaint has been raised they asked me to use the money in ewallet to recharge the money again. I don't see ewallet option when i login to the website. Request you to take immediate action to refund the money, in my sbi saving account else i have to take action against it...
