[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reg reliance 4g data card | |||
I am using reliance datacard ([protected]) service last one year. Now after upgrading to 4g service received the first bill. The given bill amount not as per the [protected]@3g plan. And reliance not given any 4 g data plan to me as on date. They have chosen the plan as per their wish and sending the bill to me. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
