Reliance Communications — Regarding deduction in main balance and 3G data without any reason | |||
I had already sent email to reliance customer care thrice from last 2 month but haven't got any reply.This is the worst service i have ever experienced.My no-[protected] when ever i recharge my main balance it deducted.Even now my 3G data also reduced today i recharhe 177pack and i received only 597MB data instead of 1GB 3G. The query is not resolved she explain about the data MB which is absolutely fine I don't have any issue on that.But the main balance deduction query is still open I need clarification on that also you guys sending me message that all query is resolved however balance deduction is still open
