[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding landline payment & deactivation confirmation

Hi All, I am a reliance user by no. [protected] and was using a landline no.[protected]West Bengal) also. I am facing few problems would ask you to resolve it ASAP. i) In the very starting while taking the connection a security amount was given and was told by you executive that it is going to be refunded when we will surrender the no. As I have surrendered the no. on 8th August 2015, the amount should have been refunded, but till now I have not received it. ii) After placing the request for deactivation, I have deposited the last payment for my landline no. twice through Mukherjee Enterprises, Ukhra (West Bengal), but have not received any confirmation yet, neither from Mukherjee enterprises nor from yor company. Kindly provide all the details on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com. I still have not received any details.
