[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding Legal Notice from M/s Pratik associates | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am getting continuous emails from M/s Pratik associates for payment of an outstanding dues of Rs.908 for Account ID [protected]. Please note that self has terminated the connection in Year 2009 as my services were transferred from Pune. At the time of termination, I have paid all the dues and also returned modem to reliance office. I am replying to emails from Reliance Legal, but not getting any reply from other end. Also I tried to call on the Phone no mentioned in email, but no one is picking the phone. Please note that I have been working at Muscat from 2012, and couldnt visit personally, however my wife visited Reliance Office in Dec.2014, where she got the information, that Reliance office didnt send such emails. Request you to please stop harassing me cause I am getting emails continuously. Was this information helpful? | |||

Undersigned getting continuous emails from Reliance Legal (Account ID [protected] Brodband Connection) for Payment of Rs.908. Please note that I have terminated connection in Year 2009 and at the same time paid all dues also returned the modem to Reliance Office at Ajmera, Pimpari, Pune-18. Now after 6 years i am getting such emails!! I have replied to all emails stating all the details but I didnt get any reply. Also I tried to call on phone no mentioned but noone picked the phone. Please note that presently I am working at Muscat and unable to visit personally. In last dec-2014 my wife visited Reliance Office and inquired about this issue, but the Customer Care Officer confirmed that they not send such emails. In this regard, i request you to please look in to this matter and stop harrasing me that to after 6 years...
