IS [protected] IN MUMBAI REGION.I TRIED AND WASTED MU 22 MINUTES IN TWO TIMES FOR CONTACTING CUS./CARE BUT IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS NO-ONE TO PICK-UP THE CALL, BUT TO COLLECT MONEY BY PUTING ON-HOLD.PL. LET ME KNOW THE INFORMATION, IF POSSIBLE, THANKING YOU, S.K.LAL

If it is CDMA mumbai, you can. Its called Diwali Bonanza offer. I had recharged with Rs.188 and the plan got activated.
