[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding recharge issue | |||||
Hi, I recharged my contact number +91-[protected] on freecharge from the list of mentioned plans which stated full talktime. I recharged my number for amount 49, 49, 98 consecutively but din't receive any mail balance.For all 3 recharges I have received promo balance. Since I am out of Orissa(my sim belongs to orissa), I am not able to use that balance. This is a major problem with many Relaince customers as I noted.
