[Resolved] Reliance Communications — regarding wrongly deducting balance, complaining on customer care is useless | |||
hi my name is abizar, my number is [protected], in my mobile there is a active plan of gprs of Rs.127 still my balance got deducted to zero, complaining about this in reliance customer care is useless no one have any knowledge what is the problem and to solve it, they all have not sure about their plan, right now my 5 complain about balance refund is pending and still my balance is deducting without using net, n still showing net balance when i check, if my problem not solwed in one day, i am going to port this useless company Was this information helpful? | |||
