My postpaid reliance cdma number [protected] was upgraded to reliance 4g as cdma is closed. i was repeatedly called by the reliance customer care

Back end team and was told that 1st month 10gb 4g data is being given free of charge to try the 4g experience.
After 1st month of 4g usage i have been given a bill of 14, 311/- for the month of june 2016. and immediately my incoming & outgoing calls have

Been barred and i'm asked to make the bill payment urgently!! i am told i have used excess data of 5gb, whereas i already had a 5gb 3g pack + the

1gb pack which is in my plan by default. even if reliance mobile refused to give the so called free 4g data what happened to my 3g data packs??

They just vanished into thin air is it?

How can reliance customer care close the service request without solving my issue?
For the records!! my mobile incoming & outgoing has been barred for the entire month of july, and i'm sure they will generate another bill for me

For this month without me making or receving a single call.

@rcommcare can you solve my requests now atleast, i'm fed up of giving calls to your customer care number *222, and talking to your helpless call

Agents and then to their supervisors who just give false promises that my issue will be resolved today by eod, which never happens.

Hello,

I am using reliance CDMA post paid connection from last 10 years and recently upgraded to 4G.But from last 6 months i am facing so many issues regarding signals and no service due to your up-gradation to 4G. I am paying bill last 6 months without using your services as signals are very week and shows no service all the time. I am even not able to receive calls due to network issue. I visited your reliance store baner, Pune many times to get solve this problem.They solved the problem temporarily by doing some SIM change to their phone and then changed some setting of International roaming as per your executive but i faced the same problem after couple of days.

I am getting the bill despite no use of phone and also paying the amount but this time i got a bf ill of Rs 650 and i am not going to pay that amount this time.
Now i request you to please waive off the amount this time as i am not going to pay this . If you can not do that then close/terminate my connection with immediate effect as i am very frustrated now.


I will not be responsible for any future bills and all.I repeat either waiver off the amount or close my connection. immediately.

I called customer care today to discuss my billing issue and Mr.Sunil Gupta was the executive from your end.He put me on hold for around 30 min then disconnected the call.

I am very dis-pointed now and request you to please check my record how many times i called customer care.This is the worse customer service i ever noticed.

I am reliance customer from 10 years and you even not give any value to your customers.
