Reliance Communications — Reliance broadband connection problem | |||
I had recharged my mobile number [protected] (phone samsung galaxy tab-4) with net-pack worth Rs177/- on[protected]. But I am unable to connect the inter-net. The matter was brought to the notice of customer care. The problem was sorted out immediately on[protected]. The same problem occurred from the next day. Today again I contacted the customer care but the person named Ashim talked in a very rude and hurting manner. I feel a person appointed for this work need to keep patience and sort out the problems. My problem is not sorted out . Kindly look in to the matter and resolve the problem as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
