[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Broadband interrupted services

My consumer id is[protected] having a broadband connection in Pune. The Internet connection provided gets disconnected on every weekend. In a month i get to use only 15 to 20 days of Internet. Already, launched several complaint's on this which is still not resolved. In past 3 months of connection with reliance i have launched 23 complaints till now. As of now, my recent complaint id is[protected] which has crossed their sla of 24 hours, i had launched this complaint on Sunday 12th morning, and today its 14th, and i haven't got even a call or any initiative from reliance. Every time we call them, there is waiting time of 20-40 min in their call centre. Eventually, in the complete tenure of 3 months with reliance i have spent 12 hours just to launch my complaint. If required please let me know, i'll provide the maximum no of complaint ids.

Here is another issue piling up against you.

Complaint raised on 12th October and closed without resolving on 17th October 3:00 pm.

Comment : Complaint was closed mentioning you were not able to reach me to confirm. I'am amazed how silly or childish this is, as i am attending all the calls throughout the day. Hence called back to call centre @[protected].

Re-raised a complaint - ID:[protected]

1) How could you close a complaint without resolving it?

2) The CSE has promised to solve this new complaint by tomorrow morning. Which is highly impossible as there is a history of such incidents.

3) The lady who raised this complaint[protected] has insulted me over call. Actions on this are set for later.

4) Manisha Kamble who took resposibility for solving this had failed. Calling her kept me waiting for more than 20 min twice and finally ended up as she is busy so cant respond.

Please let me know whether this could be resolved.

It's like banging against a wall.
