Hi there, My consumer ID[protected]. Complaint ID[protected] Complaint raised on 12th October and closed without resolving Complaint ID[protected] The complaint has not yet been resolved. Help me understand that who is taking responsibility on this and how could i get this resolved. This is pathetic, i am struggling without connection since 12th October till date. No initiative has been taken to resolve this. With grievance, Your Dear Customer
