[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance broadband pathetic service | |||||
My cus id :[protected] Ive already raised the complaint here five months back. But no resolution at all. Every two days im facing interbet disconnection, and no onr from reluance custimer care even cares. They even blocked my cus id from cinnecting to customer service desk. They are doing public looting, as the only calls I get from reliance is asking for prompt bill payment ( those calls i get in plenty). I dont know how to escalate this issue to proper authorities to reveal the inefficience of the customer service and network. Was this information helpful? | |||||
