[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance datacard termination and billing dispute | |||
Ref: Reliance data card connection (MDN # [protected]) (CAF #[protected] 1. Termination request for above mentioned data card has been raised on 7th Feb 2015 under Service Request No.[protected] as I have upgraded to Reliance Pro3 service for higher speed 2. Full and final settlement of above data card connection has been made on 25th Feb 2015 via online 3. But the connection was not disconnected on time and I continued receiving bill payment reminders. Hence I contacted customer care on 20th March to check the status of SR No[protected]. They quoted technical reasons and raised a new termination request (Service Request No.[protected] on the same day i.e. 20th March 2015. 4. Further to this, customer service center has raised one more request (Service Request No.[protected] on 23rd March 2015 for waiving off the pending amount upon my request as I have already made the final settlement. 5. I am trying to contact customer care to know the status of above 3 requests but did not get any response. I am getting pending payment reminders through messages asking me to contact specific person in customer care. I spoke to PATEL(Mobile No: [protected]) and was informed that I can IGNORE the messages and other communications related to pending dues. 6. Current status of data card is in TERMINATED state as per the information I got wide Interaction ID: [protected] on 5th May at 8.50 PM. I got a mail from Reliance Legal instructing me settle the matter out of court. Since I have already made the final payment and I am not receiving any response on above three service requests, I am not willing to accept the Invitation to Conciliation as per provisions of Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 sent by Reliance Legal. Dear team,
This issue is now resolved. I have received a call from Bajrang Kadam from Reliance Communications team confirming that all bills generated after termination are completely waived-off and I will not be receiving any payment reminder calls, SMS or mails.

This issue has been resolved now by Reliance Communications. I was notified by Mr. Bajrang Kadam from Reliance Communications that all bills generated after termination are completely waived off. I believe I will not receive any payment reminders going forward.
