[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance deducted Rs 86 from mdn-[protected] due to non usage for more than 60days

I recharged with Rs 100 for reliance mobile mdn-[protected] got talk time of Rs86 with unlimited validity in my account but after non usage for 60 days.The amount is deducted away by reliance without any appropriate justification Please refund Rs 86 to my mobile balance
