[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance no [protected] | |||
With reference to my data card no [protected] i have been advised to convert from cdma to wi-pod 4g/lte and the instrument also changed and suddenly without any intimation yesterday my plan also changed service got disconnected. Every month i am paying rs 800 with a plan of 7gb day and 7gb night i do not require 4g service please change it to my earlier plan itself for 3g service. If not possible i would like to discontinue the service. I also called customer care over phone but do not got any solution. Since i am a privilege customer to you for a long time still i don't have any benefit but instead i am getting loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
