[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance post paid connection - portability | |||||
Hi All, I've recently shifted to Bangalore from Delhi and trying to retain the same contact number here as well. Suggested by your customer care that I should go for porting by changing the circle only. I have visited one of the store address collected from your website. almost 20 days ago, submitted every required docs, got a new SIM card, but till the time this is not done. Your issue will be definitely got fixed as consumer complaint team really help.
Apart from this, I would suggest to send an complaint email as well on "rtappellate" authority of Reliance of your circle ( state).
Aside to consumer complaint team - I have not received any resolution/Response yet from Reliance team.

Are you guys in mood to resolve my issue or i should simply switch to other provide. I know my movement to other provider will not loose a big business of yours in terms of revenue, but I will make sure to defame this company as much i can.
Trust me i am very patience customer till the time i get a resolution.

Your customer service team is just giving m e miss call. Trying my no and after 2 - 3 ring hung up.

I have saved this no so there is no way i could miss out this no. Moreover, I asked 'Sonalj' the customer care executive to share any no where i can directly call but no.
hell, After 20 day of follow up they logged my complaint now on. It sucks !!!
Leave it. I am fed up. I am following up with Karnataka Appellate. They may be able to solve my issue. But trust me Relaince have lost its long impression for customer.

No worries, but after 11 days my issue is still not resolved. I dont know whose responsibility is and who is taking care of but for me there is one entity i.e RELIANCE.
My no is still not working till the date. I'm planning to file a consumer case very soon. Thanks !!

Earlier facing Portability issue ( Circle Change ). Now as advised converted from CDMA to GSM but this GSM no is not wokring.
Is there any way I can escalate this to Relaince management ??
