[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance trying to do fraud

I use Relaince dongle at home with number [protected]. Currently I am having a plan with monthly subscription. Now Reliance on their website has advertised a new plan where the customer can upgrade for higher package (GB) for the same amount. When I called to upgrade they took the request and they said it will take 48 hrs to process and another one month to activate because my billing cycle is next month. Now the issue is, last time when I upgraded from similar to this scenario at Reliance store agreeing to pay the difference amount, during middle of my billing cycle they said it will get activated within 48 hours and will be charged on pro rata basis. This time there is no difference to be paid so they said they can activate only during the next billing cycle which will fall next month only. Now I have to wait one month to use this facility. According to their convenience they change from pro rata to billing cycle. As a customer I am losing out as others when paying the same amount as I am paying are getting higher data pack while I get lesser.. Reliance has refused to take a complain when I pointed that last time at their store I upgraded using pro rata basis on 30th May. All the phone and internet companies use pro rata basis up grading to higher package etc to avoid delays, Reliance is trying to complicate things and cheat customers. In my office I use different internet provider, recently they advertised for higher data package at same amount and I didn't have any problem switching to bigger bundle on prorata basis. I am aware Reliance internet speed is no good compared to other providers in the market now. I am stuck with Relaince, just because for the dongle I had paid extra money to Reliance and if I go for any other new connection then again I have to pay for a new dongle.
